About the
Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Bookkeeper who is fluent in Italian to join one of our clients, a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging solutions. This individual will play a key role in managing daily office operations while handling the company s bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing financial transactions using QuickBooks and Fishbowl.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings Utilize QuickBooks and Fishbowl for financial tracking and inventory integration Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor management Support payroll and benefits processing in collaboration with ADP Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Italian-speaking clients or vendors Perform general office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian (verbal and written) +5 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration Proficiency in QuickBooks and Fishbowl preferred Bachelor s Degree (domestic or international) preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience handling confidential information with discretion
