POSITION:
BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER REPORTS TO
ADMINISTRATOR
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Assures timely and accurate submission of billings to appropriate reimbursement agencies and private payors in accordance with HBA policies. 2. Prepares information for cost reports. 3. Prepares monthly revenue reports in accordance with HBA policies. 4. Assures that follow up letters are sent to responsible parties over 30 days. 5. Answers family inquiries regarding billing for services. 6. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Administrator.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum one-year experience as a
Bookkeeper Work Experience:
Minimum one-year experience as a Bookkeeper Must be computer literate with experience in accounting software
WORK SCHEDULE
• Days; Monday -Friday. May be required to work Evening shift, Night Shift, Holidays, Weekends as needed. • Required to Participate in Manager on Duty Program.
