ABOUT US:

South Florida Injury Centers is a growing personal injury chiropractic practice with offices in Tamarac and Port Saint Lucie . We specialize in helping car accident patients recover safely and correctly. We are now hiring a full-time Office Manager to lead our Tamarac location and oversee operations across both clinics.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a receptionist role. We are looking for a strong, experienced medical or chiropractic office manager who can run a clinic independently, manage front desk and administrative operations, coordinate patient cases, and support light marketing. You will work directly with the clinic owner and play a key leadership role in office performance and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Leadership Manage daily front desk workflow, scheduling, patient flow, and check-in/out Maintain proper records, scanning, case file accuracy, and documentation Coordinate billing processes, medical records, and attorney communications Oversee administrative standards across both Tamarac and Port St. Lucie offices Communicate with vendors, billing teams, and support staff as needed Patient & Case Coordination Serve as the lead contact for patients from intake through follow-up Coordinate case documents with law firms and insurance teams Ensure HIPAA and legal compliance in documentation and interaction Marketing Support Assist with light social media posting and referral tracking Help coordinate attorney presentations and local networking Support internal tracking of new patient leads and marketing

ROI QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of medical or chiropractic office management experience Must be comfortable working independently and leading office operations Experience with personal injury/auto accident patients is a major plus Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Tech savvy with email, scanning, calendars, Google Drive, and social media Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required Must live within 20 minutes of Tamarac, FL

COMPENSATION & HOURS
Base Salary:

$55,000/year Performance Bonuses based on office growth and efficiency

Potential Earnings:

$60,000-$70,000+ annually

Schedule:

Monday-Friday , approx. 35 hours/week Typical hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM , lunch break
