Functional Project Manager•Transformation Management Office (TMO)
Location:
Miramar, FL (Hybrid•Onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays; must be local) Visa•GC and USC only
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Forms, Teams, etc.) Experience with Order to Cash (OTC) processes Hands-on involvement with RFP/RFI assessments Key Skills Domain Experience 6+ years in distribution company with experience in aligned function 3+ years’ experience in program management/PMO roles Deep understanding of digital transformation projects at global corporations preferred, including trends, challenges and best practices. Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives. Technical skills Bachelor’s degree required Strong digital and process aptitude Proficiency in MS office tools and Project Place Soft skills Proven leadership skills with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills to manage C-level stakeholders and ensure alignment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines Analytical and structured thinking ability, balanced with attention to detail to successfully plan and oversee complex and large-scale projects/programs
