Our team of three attorneys is passionate about helping clients stand up for their rights and we’re looking for a dedicated Legal Assistant to join us. Position Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers valuable learning opportunities and room for professional growth. Ideal candidates will be organized, professional, and motivated to grow with the firm. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, phone calls, and email correspondence Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and client communications Assist with court filings (electronic and physical) and case preparation Maintain accurate and organized case files and internal databases Conduct light legal research and track case deadlines Manage incoming/outgoing mail and support general office operations Communicate with clients in a professional and confidential manner (in English and Spanish) Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary, or law office role is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Professional phone and email etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic document handling Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a small firm setting Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($19.00•$22.00/hour) Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development opportunities and close mentorship A supportive, growth-oriented team environment How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or email your resume to .
