Our client delivers exceptional and accurate customer service, timely title work to support property sales, refinances, and other real estate needs. As an Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage the team, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office functions. This may include tasks such as managing client relations, coordinating between internal departments, and maintaining records. This is an in-person, in-office position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate office staff, including scheduling, training and continued education. Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Handle client inquiries, correspondence, and communication. Manage and organize client files and records. Process and track paperwork Prepare and maintain reports and other documents. Assist with the preparation and review of Documents. Coordinate and manage while ensuring smooth and accurate processes. Work with attorneys, escrow officers, and other parties involved in real estate transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner while providing exceptional experience. Assist with marketing and business development efforts. Assist in managing the company’s social media presence. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Take ownership of all tasks within the Department.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and other relevant software. Knowledge of real estate title and settlement processes etc. Experience in office management or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
