Job Description

Office Administrator for High-Energy Mortgage Team Fort Lauderdale, Full-Time or Part-Time (In-Office Only) Society Mortgage is a high-growth, people-first mortgage company with a strong culture and an even stronger team. We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to keep our Fort Lauderdale office running smoothly. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time role, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. About the Role Office & Supplies Manage and restock snacks, drinks, and office supplies Order breakfast or catering as needed Maintain a clean, organized office environment Mail & Merch Open and sort incoming mail daily Ship merch, t-shirts, and marketing materials Process and mail closing packages and trailing documents Post-Closing Document Intake Track and log incoming post-closing and original closing documents Scan, upload, and file documents digitally Ship original documents to investors monthly and track shipments Technology & Equipment Maintain inventory of office tech and supplies Set up new hire workstations Ship equipment to remote employees before their start dates Customer Support Answer main office phone calls and support inbox messages Provide high-quality customer service and route inquiries appropriately Events & Internal Support Assist with planning and executing company events, including our monthly “Ball Drop” celebration Place alcohol and supply orders in advance of events Support HR and IT with administrative needs

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented and organized Friendly and professional in person and over the phone Comfortable with Microsoft 365 platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Able to manage multiple responsibilities without letting things slip A self-starter who takes ownership of their space and duties

Position Details:
