- Depending on experience Paid holidays 401K Medical, Dental, Vision employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Office Administrator The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, being able to multitask, and strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Customers service emails-have strong written skills
- Handle customer objections
- Must excel in Customer service experience
- Must excel in Customer service experience
- Dispatching, scheduling and monitoring the field techs routes and monitoring their production.
- Communicate scheduling changes as necessary to the technician
- Inputting estimates, work orders, and invoices.
- Collecting checks, credit cards and wire transfers.
- Reschedule calls
- must be professional, pleasant, courteous to our customers
- Position requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday
- Friday between hours 8am-5pm
- Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Computer literate w/ strong data entry skills
- Type 45-50+ wpm accurately
- Able to learn new software
- Answer incoming calls
- Must be able to multitask and work with little supervision
- General office maintenance
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain timely follow-up on projects
- Good work ethic
