Job Description

Office Administrator 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Plantation, FL 33317 We are looking for a reliable Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. They Provide administrative support with a focus in scheduling appointments for electric customers. The administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Schedules orders for our technicians throughout our electric meter maintenance and install contracts, utilizing google maps as needed for job routing. Effectively communicates information to customers and meter technicians. Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments with customers. Performs other duties as assigned including data entry into our Call Log. Working in Microsoft 365 to enter data including but not limited to;

Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Onedrive Customer Service Representative Success Factors:

Advanced Excel skills Approachable, welcoming and personable personality Detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proofreading ability Soft analytical skills with some basic coding skills

Experience and Education:

One (1+) plus years of administrative experience is required One (1+) plus years of customer service experience is required One (1+) plus years of work order management experience is preferred HS Diploma or GED required.

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required. Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
