Office Administrator 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 7710 NW 71st Court, Tamarac, FL 33321 Office Administrator – Mental Health Treatment Center We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our mental health treatment center. This role will assist with a variety of administrative duties including operations support, basic HR tasks, and patient collections. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in behavioral health treatment and a strong background in office administration.
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows Assist with HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, scheduling interviews, and maintaining personnel files Support the billing team with patient collections and follow-up on outstanding balances Manage office supplies, maintain organized filing systems, and support general administrative tasks Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a behavioral health or healthcare treatment setting is required Strong administrative background with experience in office environments Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality This is a great opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing compassionate care in a supportive setting.
