East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 As Office Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment. This role will also support the employee’s experience by assisting with onboardings, team building events and other team related initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facility management. Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all visitors, offering refreshments and ensuring they are in a suitable waiting area. Manage office budgets, including supplies, equipment purchases and vendor payments. Maintain a clean, organised and efficient office environment. Coordinate with building management and vendors to ensure smooth office functioning. Manage office IT and telecommunication systems and settings liaising with Y.CO IT support. Proactively identify necessary improvements and apply for funding via PO to the Line Manager Receive, qualify and direct incoming calls appropriately. Managing meeting rooms calendar Maintain office records, files and databases. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Plan and coordinate team building events.
WORK PLACE EXPERIENCE
Support onboarding processes for new starters, including introducing team members to the team and setting up IT equipment and desks. Manage internal communications regarding HR policies, upcoming events and staff updates. Support employee engagement programs, including any wellness initiatives Assist with ad hoc projects to continually improve the employee experience Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking progress.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 1
years’ experience in office management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field a plus Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Experience in handling budgets and vendor relationships is a plus
