Office Assistant/Admin Job Responsibilities:

The Office Assistant/Admin is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for seamlessly managing various aspects of our daily operations.

This includes:

Leveraging technological proficiency to handle orders via phone, fax, and email, utilizing tools such as Salesforce Efficiently managing orders in QuickBooks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail Conducting bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial records are up-to-date and precise Shipping and packing products with precision, utilizing UPS Worldship and FedEx Express Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive work environment Utilizing MS Office, particularly Excel, to enhance various aspects of office management Answering phones and engaging with customers in a polite and welcoming manner Adding products to the website and updating costs to ensure accurate and current product listings Bringing a ‘can do’ attitude to tasks that may vary in nature The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and experience in office tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, processing orders, purchasing, dropships, stock management, and inventory. Familiarity with Salesforce and Outlook is essential for seamless integration into our systems.
