Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator with Accounting experience for a wonderful organization located in the Pompano Beach, Florida area. Highly Organized and detailed Strong accounting skills (QuickBooks) Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking. Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation. Prepare budgets and financial reports in compliance with GAAP standards. Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports as needed. Assist with public accounting tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Support team members with 10 key typing tasks and other clerical duties as required.
