Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to serve as the right hand to the Owner/President. This individual will play a central role in coordinating daily operations and supporting key departments. The Office Manager will work closely with the Owner/President and internal teams to streamline workflows, ensure timely execution of projects, and support the company’s growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including order processing, warehouse coordination, vendor and customer communication, and project tracking Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to meet project deadlines Support the product development team from concept through to delivery Contribute to strategic projects, including efforts to bring manufacturing to Florida Assist with research related to government funding, employee programs, and equipment sourcing
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in fashion, merchandising, or a related industry Strong understanding of EDI, UPCs, and retail compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working collaboratively with a lean, entrepreneurial team
