Office Manager 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dental and Orthodontic Office Manager to join our team. This role involves advanced responsibilities in leadership, strategic planning, and operational coordination within our practice. Responsibilities:
Staff Recruitment and Onboarding:

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring a seamless integration into the practice environment.

Performance Evaluation:

Conduct performance evaluations for office staff, providing constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing achievements.

Budget Development and Management:

Assist in the development and management of the office budget, including expense tracking, financial reporting, and budgetary adjustments as needed.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies, community engagement initiatives, and marketing materials.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the practice, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Workflow Optimization:

Analyze and optimize office workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce wait times, and improve patient satisfaction.

Advanced Reporting and Analytics:

Generate and analyze financial and operational reports to provide insights into office performance and productivity.

Leadership Development:

Facilitate leadership development programs for key staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Patient Retention Strategies:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient retention, including loyalty programs and patient education initiatives.

Technology Integration:

Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies into office processes, such as EHR systems and practice management software.

Regulatory Compliance Oversight:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensing, infection control, and industry standards.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks to the practice, implementing protocols for patient and staff safety.

Strategic Vendor Partnerships:

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with vendors to optimize practice operations.

Emergency Preparedness:

Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure readiness for unexpected situations.

Patient Feedback Analysis:

Analyze patient feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

Continuing Education Programs:

Facilitate ongoing education programs for staff to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Comprehensive Office Policies:

Develop and update office policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Community Outreach Programs:

Expand community outreach initiatives to enhance the practice’s visibility and community involvement. Leadership in

Lead and facilitate team meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration among staff members.

Business Development Initiatives:

Contribute to business development initiatives to support practice growth and expansion.

Requirements:

Demonstrates full competency in Office Manager Skills. Minimum 2+ year of experience as a Dental or Orthodontic Office Manager. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in dental management is a plus. Proficient in professional interpersonal relationships with staff and patients. Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sign on bonus Bonus Eligible – paid monthly

$62,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
