We are a fast-paced and mission-driven organization within the debt resolution industry, committed to helping individuals navigate financial hardship with integrity and results. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day administrative operations of our Fort Lauderdale location. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth internal operations, compliance with industry regulations, and a professional office environment. This person will coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as a key liaison for vendors and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure a well-organized, secure, and efficient environment Manage office vendor relationships, including supplies, maintenance, and third-party services (e.g., shredding, security, cleaning) Facilitate the planning and ordering of company sponsored lunches in accordance with the standard company policy Coordinate with HR on onboarding/offboarding logistics (workspace setup, badge/key access, document distribution, etc.) Monitor office expenses and prepare budget tracking reports Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies Serve as the point person for internal communications and facility issues Help coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance-related requests for documentation Assist in planning team events, birthday celebrations, trainings, and office meetings

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or senior administrative support Excellent organizational and time management skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong sense of discretion and understanding of employee/client privacy and confidentiality regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-compliance environment

Preferred:

Prior experience in financial services, collections, legal, or debt resolution industry strongly preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and call center operations Basic understanding of state and federal compliance requirements in the debt industry Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
