Office Manager 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 OFFICE MANAGER Reports to: Senior Management Denison Yachting has long been a leader in the yachting industry with a rich family history dating back to 1948, with the start of Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, the company provides complete yachting services worldwide from sales and charter, to new construction and yacht management. Denison has over a dozen waterfront offices from coast to coast around the U.S. We are looking for a motivated, goal oriented, detailed individual to join our Team full- time in our Florida Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. Main Duties and Responsibilities Liaise and communicate with Internal Departments Answer Interdepartmental Questions from Employees/Brokers Distribute Company Memorandums and Updates Schedule Senior Management Meetings and Keep Meeting Agenda Onboarding of Employees/Brokers Offboarding of Employees/Brokers Coordinate Employee Access/Disallowance to Departmental Systems Manage HR Form Submissions to parent company HR Team Manage HR Communication with parent company HR Team Create and Manage Job Posts for Departments Screen Applicants/Set-up Interviews Upkeep of Office Licenses Upkeep Employee/Broker Directory and Folders Upkeep Office Calendar of Events Company Credit Cards Monitoring and Assistance Fulfill Certificate of Insurance Requests Credit Apps for New Vendor Accounts Credit Card Charging and Check Deposits Cross-Training with AR Team Cross-Training with AP Team New Processes Writing and Current/Historical Upkeep Company Reports Creation as requested Other Administrative Duties Assist as needed on Special Projects and Company Events Other Administrative Duties as needed for Senior Management Skills Customer Service Oriented Ability to Multi-Tasking Communication and Interpersonal Skills Good Time Management Adaptability Detail Oriented MAC/PC Proficient MS Office Tools Proficient Team Oriented Qualifications / Required Marine Industry Experience Preferred Office Management Experience 2+ Years Preferred Project Management Experience 2+ Years Preferred Administrative Experience 2+ Years Preferred Accounting Experience 2+ Years Preferred Bilingual Preferred Compensation Dependent on
