Bob’s Barricades, Inc. is the largest privately owned barricade company in the country and one of the largest in the world We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency Good benefits.

Overseeing the daily operations of the office and communicating with the branches, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management Duties include Keep the record for any equipment transfer to or from any branch, maintaining update all the control sheets that we are currently enforce follow up on outstanding insurance claims

  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management tasks
