The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, customer service, and administrative support. This role is essential for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a welcoming environment for both staff and clients. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including overseeing clerical tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication. Handle calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed. Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as necessary. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Construction industry experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
