We are currently seeking a skilled Office Manager to lead our Margate, Florida branch’s administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments Manage technician schedules, route optimization, and service ticketing using PestPac Serve as liaison between office staff, field technicians, sales team, and management Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational goals Ensure timely and accurate payroll and HR coordination (working with Coadvantage) Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email, handling escalated customer issues Process invoices, service orders, and other documents with precision and efficiency Support onboarding and training of office personnel Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience (pest control industry preferred) Proficiency in PestPac or similar pest control software (required) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
