Office Manager Assistant 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Coral Springs, FL 33076 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative functions, specifically to the Office Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a professional work environment. Responsibilities Help manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently. Perform clerical duties such as medical records, data entry, and document preparation. Assist in training development by organizing materials and resources for training sessions. Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files. Assisting Office Manager to person management tasks as well as cross covering, to ensure a well-organized, efficiently flowing workspace. Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and improve office processes. Requirements Proven experience in an office assistant or clerical role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software. Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
