Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Answer the phones.
- Manage and maintain calendars for employee time off, payroll, and any other administrative task such as appointments and record-keeping.
- Assist in recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, and payroll.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Manage invoicing, accounts, and expenses using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with project managers for documentation and client communication.
- Address inquiries and support a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing firm to ensure effective advertisements and budget utilization.
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Review and process permit applications for roofing projects in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Submit permit applications to local municipalities and follow up to ensure timely approval.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the permit status and answer any questions related to the permitting process.
- Maintain detailed records of permit applications, approvals, and any issues that arise during the process.
- Resolve issues or discrepancies with permits in collaboration with local agencies or contractors.
