Position Overview:

A privately held developer is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee the next major phase of a $250M+ mixed-use construction project. This position is based on-site in Delray Beach and will be responsible for full-cycle project execution.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction from pre-con to closeout Oversee cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, and procurement Work closely with field superintendents, consultants, and inspectors Track and manage project schedule, milestones, and budget Interface daily with internal leadership and ownership team

Requirements:

15+ years of project management experience in ground-up construction Background in large-scale multifamily, condo, or mixed-use projects Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and trade coordination Familiarity with Florida construction codes and permitting Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Schedule:

Salary:

$150,000

• 175,000 per year Full-time, Monday-Friday (on-site) Health benefits and long-term project duration (4-5 years remaining)
