Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead complex business process improvement initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with a background in program management and a passion for driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will report to the Project Delivery Lead and be responsible for the full lifecycle of large-scale business transformation projects. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders, maintain strict adherence to project timelines and scope, and play a central role in the risk escalation and mitigation process. This role will have a focus on digital transformation and enterprise process improvements.

Qualifications:
Domain Expertise:

6+ years of experience in a distribution or supply chain organization. 3+ years in program management or PMO roles. In-depth understanding of digital transformation initiatives in global organizations. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor s degree required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ProjectPlace (or similar project management tools). Digital and process acumen.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams. Confident communicator capable of engaging C-level stakeholders and driving alignment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving and project planning.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in managing global enterprise projects. Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement methodologies. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
