Qualified individuals will be:
- Experienced in the roofing business and be familiar with typical job flow and terminology used in these fields.
- Reliable, Self Starting Work Ethic.
- Good Organizational and Phone Skills a must
- Effective at Multitasking
- Quickbooks knowledge a plus.
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus Qualified candidates daily duties to include but not limited to:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- Prioritize and screen phone calls when necessary
- Take and distribute messages for various personnel when they are not available.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Provides callers with information relevant to their job/needs.
- Maintain and clean the receptionist area when needed
- Filing when necessary
- Data Entry
- Assist Customer service with scheduling as needed
- Assist with Collection calls as needed
- Coordinating and scheduling Inspections with builders and homeowners:
- On a daily basis obtain previous days inspection results.
- Completing necessary permit documents when applicable in order to renew a permit, complete a revision, etc…
- Complete Various other tasks as needed Principals only.
