WHO WE ARE:

Naples Health and Rehabilitation – a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Naples, FL is currently seeking a Business Office Manager. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team. As the Business Office Manager or “BOM” within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will be responsible for facilitating and supervising all business office functions under the direction of the Nursing Home Administrator. To be most successful in the role of Business Office Manager (BOM), you will be a highly organized professional who takes pride in their work and is always looking for new ways to improve the workflow processes.

Business Office Manager (BOM)

Job Summary & Qualifications:

Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance work flow Participate in billing for resident accounts and collect payments Prepare and submit reports on time as directed by the Administrator Participate in hiring, training, developing, coaching, counseling, and terminating staff Process facility payroll Maintain records for facility staff per regulatory requirements Assist residents with applying for Medicaid, Medicare and/or other benefits as required Accumulate and maintain information as it relates to admissions, discharges, deaths, transfers and daily census Supervise and oversee other business office clerical staff BS in Business / OR – the relevant business office experience as described below Minimum of three (3) years related Skilled Nursing Facility business office experience. One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required in a skilled nursing facility business office environment Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a TEAM environment Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent opportunity!
