Spherion Naples, FL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our 318-unit residential community located in beautiful Naples, FL. This on-site office administrator role supports the Board of Directors, coordinates with homeowners, and helps ensure smooth functioning of community operations and amenities. If you are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in office administration within a homeowners’ association (HOA) or property management setting, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and community stakeholders. Provide outstanding customer service via email, phone, and in-person communication. Communicate all community issues, complaints, suggestions, and concerns to the Board in a timely and professional manner. Manage administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring all contracted services are delivered effectively. Assist the Board in overseeing the use of community amenities including the clubhouse, swimming pool, and other common areas. … Support the collection and tracking of quarterly maintenance fees and financial documentation. Collaborate with the Forest Park Womens Club and support community event coordination when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Board to support overall community management.

PM Skills:
Proficiency with office software and basic bookkeeping or HOA software tools. Familiarity with Florida HOA regulations is a plus.
