Front Office Manager 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Job Overview The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of the front office while delivering outstanding guest service. This role oversees front desk staff, manages administrative functions, and acts as the main point of contact for guests and visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an effective communicator, and dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and team members. Key Duties – Guest Service & Satisfaction Ensure guest service is the central focus of hotel operations. Lead by example in delivering a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience. Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Develop and implement guest service programs that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Train all staff, including new hires, on guest service expectations and brand standards. Empower and recognize team members for exceptional guest service delivery. Front Desk Operations Oversee day-to-day front desk functions, including check-in/check-out, phone procedures, and system use. Serve as Manager on Duty as required. Ensure front desk team is fully trained and operating efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure proper billing procedures. Team Leadership & HR Manage front office staffing: recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate, compliant personnel files. Administer fair and consistent HR policies. Foster a positive, professional team environment and act as a mentor to junior managers. Monitor and maintain appropriate staff turnover levels. Hotel Standards & Compliance Ensure all team members understand and align with hotel goals and service objectives. Manage key control procedures and monitor security protocols. Ensure the hotel passes brand quality audits and maintains physical property standards at the front desk

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
