Description.
An Office Administrator is a professional who handles various administrative tasks to ensure ananization’s office runs smoothly and efficiently. They provide essential support to staff, manage daily operations, and maintain a productive work environment.
The Responsibilities will include:
Performs tasks in Microsoft Word for Windows an Excel
Audit andparing notes to maintain accuracy
Propose inquiries to operations and management for clarifications an escalation of matters
Draft and Compose emails
Maintain a professional demeanor during client interaction
Research
Qualifications
Excel, Word, Outlook
Data Entry
Knowledge of MS Office Applications

Pay Details:
