Responsibilities :

Manage the office workflow for ultimate optimization Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date Prepare for the following day by reviewing and auditing patient charts Present and close on patient treatments Proactively take initiative and think ahead to help provide better customer service Provide STRONG leadership to the entire team at the office Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a dental office Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills Team player and communication Sales experience preferred but not required Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
