We are currently looking for a well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager is responsible for Accounting, Human Resources, Facility Management, and developing intra-office communication. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Competitive Benefits are available after 60 days.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Creating invoices for clients and managing accounts receivable
  • Monthly Financial Close including bank reconciliation, account balance, and job cost tracking
  • Financial Reporting to Owner
  • Administrative Duties for sister companies
  • Management Meetings
  • Marketing, website and social media posting
  • Insurance Management, including pricing and evaluating new policies
  • Construction Law Compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
