Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office staff, coordinating administrative processes, and improving office workflows to support a high-functioning medical practice. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities Office Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Employee Management:

Supervise office employees, ensuring productivity and timely task completion. Provide guidance and support to staff when challenges arise.

Communication & Coordination:

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external parties, including providers, employees, patients, vendors, and outside representatives.

Payroll & Time Off Requests:

Accurately manage office payroll and time off requests.

HR & Training:

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new office employees. Ensure proper onboarding and employment documentation is completed.

Administrative Oversight:

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient communications. Implement policies and procedures that align with clinic goals and compliance standards.

Demonstrate Excellence With Communications:

Report office progress to senior management, answer incoming patient calls as needed, learn and understand office protocols, work collaboratively to enhance efficiency, policies, and overall operations.

Qualifications & Skills Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with our office team and patients, assign tasks, and produce reports.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Ability to multitask and ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.

Leadership & Team Management:

Strong ability to manage employees, resolve challenges, and drive office productivity.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Flexibility to adapt to evolving clinic needs and implement improvements proactively.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build positive relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.

Preferred Experience:
