Full Job Description Duties:

• Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Scheduling patients and verifying insurance
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phones
• Social media marketing
• Provide administrative support to all patients
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Experience:

• Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in social media
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to greet patients with a welcoming demeanor
• Knowledge of health insurance
• Experience in calendar management and scheduling
