The Office Manager will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks and coordinating events. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Handle medical office management tasks, including patient scheduling and record maintenance. Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records. Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting. Process payroll and manage employee records in compliance with HR policies. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients and vendors. Plan and coordinate office events to foster team engagement and collaboration. Collaborate with upper management to implement office policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with medical office management practices is preferred but not required.
