As a Vitality Living Business Office Director, you will impact lives by: The Business Office Director is a conscientious, positive, financial-minded leader who can successfully balance multiple requests and deadlines while delivering results and maintaining high levels of resident and team member satisfaction.

Business Office Director Responsibilities:

Oversee resident billing activity such as receiving payments, billing ancillary services, posting payments to resident accounts, assessing late fees, monitoring annual rent increases, etc. Review and submit invoices to department managers for approval and enter accounts payable system timely and accurately. Oversee workers’ comp claims, maintain team member personnel files, generate bi-weekly payroll, manage community onboarding activities, etc. Assist with resident move-ins and lease signings. Directly supervise the front desk staff Participating in the weekend Leader on Duty rotation Ensure deficiency-free state surveys regarding team member and resident files and more!
