Front Office Administrator & Sales World Champion Center 13105 South Us Highway 301, Riverview, FL 33578 Assistant are team-builders that drive superior customer service and profitability at World Champion Center school. In this position, you will develop goals and strategies that enhance the customer experience, become a part of a World Champion Center team. The primary responsibilities of a Assistant Manager include: Assist operating a location Developing & implementing strategies that drive store profitability (i.e. obtaining & hosting events from community & schools) Maintain & enhance customer services Maintain cleanliness of the store Have great communication skills and team work among WCC corporate officers & employees. Enhance memberships Represent Company in local government / community forums, as needed, on issues that impact our business Maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and point of sale, ensure account meets Company membership standards, and determine and stores’ needs in a timely manner. Transports students to and from school, following a preplanned route according to a definite time schedule. Drives bus carefully and in compliance with traffic regulations. Assumes responsibility for the safety of school children in loading, unloading and transporting them to and from school. Instructs children in safety precautions and practices. Signals children when to cross street or highway and assures that children are safely across upon departure from bus. Maintains discipline; reports unruly behavior to principal of school or to supervisor. Inspects and sweeps bus. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience managing people/budgets preferred Computer and database application skills preferred Valid driver’s license and driving record Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills and following guideline/ instructions.
