General Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office environment, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining office procedures, managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general office tasks. We are seeking an proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is interested in blending office administration with HR tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage overall office operations, answering calls, and organizing office supplies. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials. Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and promote teamwork. Ensure compliance and confidentiality with company policies and procedures. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
