22.00/HR -$26.00/HR Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role ensures our office runs efficiently and supports our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions using QuickBooks
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
  • Coordinate vendor communications and supply orders for office needs
  • Maintain accurate records for banking, billing, and general bookkeeping
  • Support customer service efforts by assisting with calls, inquiries, and order follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on process improvements and reporting
  • Assist with onboarding and training of potential new administrative staff Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required; training or certification is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
