Office Manager/Bookkeeper Eagle Sales / Liberty Agro Plant City, FL 33563 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure the smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in Quick Books. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative functions. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments. Create Delivery Tickets, Purchase Orders, and manage 300+ sku inventory. Reconcile Bank accounts and prepare payroll and payroll taxes. Submit periodic reports for state and federal agencies. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role with a focus on accounting functions.. Proficiency in
