A Senior Office Manager acts as a liaison between the Market Office Managers and both Corporate Accounting and Senior Management. They are responsible for training, support and drive all processes pertaining to the bookkeeping responsibilities of the field markets. Responsibilities Training responsibilities for new hire Office Managers
Accounts Receivable Support
D365 Support on all levels of market responsibilities
Partner with IT/Corporate Accounting to streamline existing processes and create more efficient work steps.
SOP updates/Playbook BPO
Backup OM responsibilities in lieu of open positions and those on PTO
Audit existing OMs work to ensure processes are being followed by the

SOPs/training Requirements:

This position will require travel at a minimum of 50% to perform the job duties that cannot be completed using technology resources
Access to all operating systems for each market
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 2-4

years of basic accounting skills in AP, AR, Inventory and General Accounting (journal entries, system reconciliations)
2-4 years’ experience with Sage or comparable ERP is required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
Customer Resource Management system is preferred
Experience with Sage or comparable ERP is required
Possess strict confidentiality skills
Excellent and effective communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team building skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Possesses the ability to adapt to change
