Hurricane Air Conditioning of SWFL is looking for a high-performing Office Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. If you’re a systems thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and leads with integrity—we want you on our team. This isn’t just an admin role. You’ll be the heartbeat of our operation, overseeing everything from dispatch and customer service to parts ordering and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including scheduling, dispatching, permitting, customer communications, and parts coordination
• Supervise and support the office team
• Ensure customer concerns are handled with care, urgency, and resolution
• Communicate with technicians and managers to streamline job flow
• Help implement and maintain systems in ServiceTitan and other software
• Support payroll verification, invoicing, warranty claims, and other business operations
• Report directly to ownership and assist in decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in the HVAC or similar trade
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan or other dispatch/CRM software is a huge plus
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable
