Must be a self-starter able to work independently, multitask and have strong problem resolution abilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative

  • Administration and compliance of all local, state, and federal marina documents and rules
  • Marina database management
  • Scheduling and sending notice of monthly and annual BOD and owner meetings
  • Document processing and management for all slip sales and slip rentals
  • Maintaining all personnel files
  • Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all customers, employees and visitors Customer Relationship & Service
  • Development of a culture that focuses on
TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
  • Communications with owners/renters
  • Managing the Marina Clubhouse Rental Program Financial
  • Bank deposits and receipts
  • Monthly preparation of customer billing statements including
  • Protrusion/Variance program, electrical billing, and other associated fees
  • Processing monthly credit card/ACH payments
  • Work with the marina accounting firm, legal firm, and insurance broker
  • Assist accounting firm in processing biweekly payroll
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • General accounting/bookkeeping skills and basic understanding of financial statements
  • QuickBooks certified a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel
  • AR/AP experience
  • Must be professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
