Full Job Description Job Purpose:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in our Orlando office.

Job Duties:

Provide administrative support to staff members. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. Offer exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person. Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Reconcile monthly statements and ensure accurate financial records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Coordinate with operations team for smooth project execution. Assist with permits, licenses, and compliance requirements. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment. Implement office policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. Perform special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

1-2 years of administrative experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and other business applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience in construction, transportation, or related industries (preferred). Familiarity with MOT operations and regulations (preferred).

Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear. Requires using hands to handle, control, or lift objects.
