The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient office management, facilitating communication between departments, and providing administrative support to enhance productivity while assisting the school director. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage schedules, vendor relationships, and assist teachers. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Oversee front desk activities, including greeting parents and handling inquiries. Maintain effective communication between teachers and parents. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development. Coordinate schedule management for teachers, ensuring optimal use of time. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages. Skills Strong phone etiquette is required to represent the school professionally in all communications. Proven experience in office management with a focus on administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration. Proficiency in schedule management tools to optimize team efficiency.
