Experience in driving roles such as shuttle driving, bus driving, or paratransit is highly valued. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee scheduling and coordination of transportation services, including shuttle and van driving. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of service delivery. Manage staff performance through regular evaluations and feedback. Develop and implement training programs for drivers, focusing on best practices in commercial driving. Maintain accurate records related to vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and service schedules. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences. Experience in driving roles such as bus driving, paratransit, or limousine services is preferred. Ability to maintain vehicles and ensure they are roadworthy at all times. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification is a plus.
