Tallahassee, FL 32304 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, managing office resources, and providing support to staff. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining a positive work atmosphere while enhancing operational efficiency. Duties Manage overall office operations, including administrative tasks and office maintenance. Oversee calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on best practices. Maintain effective phone etiquette and manage phone systems to ensure clear communication. Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions. Ensure that office supplies are stocked and manage vendor relationships for office services. Implement organizational systems to enhance productivity within the office environment. Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus. Experience with supervising staff and managing team dynamics is desirable. Knowledge of medical office management is a plus but not required. Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
