Job Description

Creative Social Media & Project Manager (In-Office) Sozo Marketing 6170 State Road 70 East, Bradenton, FL 34203 About the Role This position splits roughly 50% creative work and 50% project management. You’ll generate fresh ideas for social media content, coordinate with our design and SEO team, and ensure every client deliverable meets our quality standards and deadlines. You’ll also communicate with clients regularly once onboarding is complete, keeping them informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities Creative Content & Social Media Develop content ideas and strategies for social media platforms (FB, IG, etc.). Collaborate with our design team (Adobe/Canva) to produce final assets. Brainstorm new ways to boost online engagement and brand storytelling. Project Management & Client Coordination Maintain task boards in our project management tools (e.g., Notion). Oversee deliverables from the design team, ensuring quality and consistency. Communicate with clients for updates, approvals, and feedback once the deal is closed. Team Collaboration Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and the owner to refine workflows. Propose improvements for processes and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications Creative Mindset :

Solid understanding of social media trends; familiarity with Canva/Adobe is a plus.

Organizational Skills :

Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep tasks on track.

Communication :

Comfortable interacting with clients; excellent written and verbal skills.

Initiative & Follow-Through :
