office / Lifestyle Manager Casey Management Sarasota, FL 34238 Community Association is looking for a Office / Lifestyle Manager for onsite.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Work with CAM and Board to facilitate day to day needs of the community receive incoming calls refer lease applications to CAM and Board Maintain Gate access files and document information Answer general questions from realtors and perspective buyers Post Board Meeting agendas Assist with Mailings Provide Welcome packets to new owners Comply with HOA policies Oversee purchasing of supplies Ensure administrative paperwork is correct and complete Enforce rules and polices Ensure Repairs are noted and sent to the CAM Ensure safe conditions Provide recommendations to the Board Maintain Files Collect Deposits Assist in preparing space for events Attend activities
Requirements:
Highly organized and able to effectively work with Owners and Tenants Must possess strong administrative background. Strong working knowledge of customer service practices. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Intermediate level of computer hardware/software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Pay is $20-$24 / hour depending on experience.
