We are searching for a high-performing Office Administrator and Implementor who can lead with confidence, drive operational efficiency, and enthusiastically embrace the role of technology and AI in transforming legal services. Key Responsibilities Manage client billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting (QuickBooks proficiency required) Oversee staff onboarding, training, and HR coordination Maintain facilities and vendor relationships Provide internal tech support and manage IT vendor coordination Ensure compliance with firm policies and lead operational improvements Champion the use of Lawmatics and Clio to optimize case management, intake workflows, and client communications Identify and implement AI-enhanced tools and automated processes to increase productivity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of office management or operations leadership (law firm or professional services preferred) Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Lawmatics, Clio, or similar legal tech platforms Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Tech-savvy and eager to improve systems using modern tools and AI What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience 401(k) retirement plan Disability coverage Paid time off A leadership role with the ability to shape and grow the firm’s operations A collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence To Apply Please submit: Your resume with detailed work history A cover letter explaining why you are a great fit for this role and detailing any experience with operational leadership, legal technology, or AI adoption
