This individual will assist senior executives with time management, scheduling, and communication while also ensuring that the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both executive priorities and office logistics. Duties and Essential Functions Executive Support (50%) Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of executives. Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information and executive-level administrative tasks. Prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests to optimize executive time. Office & Resource Coordination (50%) Oversee office operations, ensuring supplies, facilities, and vendor services are managed efficiently. Maintain office systems, policies, and procedures to support a productive work environment. Coordinate company-wide meetings, events, and workspace logistics. Assist with onboarding and workspace setup for new office employees. Track office expenses and manage budgets related to resources and supplies. Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and vendor relationships. Experience Required 3 year(s): Work experience as an Office Manager. Education Required Bachelors or better
